About the Role

Cognisense is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing campaigns across paid media, geofencing, and social media. You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to help execute campaigns, track performance, and keep our marketing initiatives running smoothly.

This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to grow their skills in digital marketing while contributing to a fast-paced consulting and compliance-focused business.

What You’ll Do

Assist in setting up and running campaigns across paid social, display, search, and geofencing platforms
Schedule and publish social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels
Support campaign performance tracking and prepare regular reports
Conduct keyword research, competitor checks, and audience targeting under manager guidance
Help with A/B tests, creative variations, and campaign adjustments
Research tools and platforms that can improve campaign performance and reporting
Stay current with trends in digital marketing and social engagement

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
Interest or experience in geofencing campaigns is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
Fluent in written and spoken English
Eagerness to learn, take direction, and grow into more responsibility

We are seeking an experienced professional from the online proctoring industry to assess proctoring solutions, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

Role Overview

As an Online Proctoring Industry Expert – Solutions Evaluator, you will conduct in-depth reviews of various proctoring solutions, analyzing their functionality, compliance, security, user experience, and effectiveness. Your insights will directly inform strategic recommendations for enhancements and optimizations in proctoring technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate Proctoring Solutions: Conduct detailed assessments of online proctoring platforms, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and potential vulnerabilities.
Identify Compliance & Security Gaps: Analyze solutions for adherence to industry regulations, privacy standards, and exam security best practices.
Assess User Experience: Examine the usability of proctoring platforms for test-takers, instructors, and administrators, providing feedback on accessibility and ease of use.
Performance & Technology Review: Examine AI, automation, and human proctoring elements, highlighting areas for enhancement.Provide Strategic Recommendations: Deliver well-structured reports outlining improvement opportunities for proctoring solutions, backed by industry knowledge and research.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the online proctoring industry (e.g., working with or evaluating proctoring solutions, regulatory compliance, or AI-driven monitoring systems).
In-depth understanding of online assessment security, privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, FERPA), and exam integrity principles.
Experience assessing or developing online proctoring tools, including AI-driven and human-monitored solutions.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering clear and actionable reports.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), test delivery platforms, and authentication technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multiple online proctoring providers and their methodologies.
Background in compliance, cybersecurity, or digital forensics related to online assessments.
Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, or ANSI.
